Shenley Brook End School is delighted to have been selected as the SSAT's Lead School for the national delivery of NPQML.
Your role as a middle leader is fundamental to the success of your school and students. Undertaking the NPQML will maximise the difference you can make and ensure you have the skills and confidence to progress your career.
The course involves working towards a change project in your school, impacting positively on your students and team. You will complete 12 study modules, supported by a coach, work through leadership competencies, intersessional tasks and a professional learning journal.

FURTHER DETAILS:
University of Nottingham will offer a 30-credit exemption towards an MA in Educational Leadership and Management or an MA in Education to participants completing the NPQML with SSAT in recognition of prior learning.
